Some questions have come up as to the Rules of the Cake Competition, just to clarify here are a few of the rules..
*Competing cakes must be at least 2 1/2 feet tall in the Professional Category
*The competing cake must be faux (a Dummy Cake)
*Tasting cakes for General Public and Judges are sheet cakes
Those are the intial rules, and the most frequently asked questions that have been coming up! I hope that helps!
